What's On Offer?

We have a permanent opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manage available. The primary function of this role is to develop, qualify & extend relationships, while also seeking new business opportunities within the nominated sales territory. Sales Professional will be responsible for reaching sales targets, building customer and internal relationships, and implementing strategic sales plans to extend the Fujitsu customer base.

Responsibilities

  • New Business Sales: Confident and professional interactions with customers to strategically position the customer whilst utilising approved FANZ resources to ensure successful sales campaigns
  • Identifying, developing and qualifying customer needs to develop compelling persuasive cases with solution experts to win the opportunity
  • Accountable for submission of quality proposals to the customer, ensuring stakeholders are engaged, pricing is accurate, language and Branding are consistent with Fujitsu standards and governance requirements e.g. Legal/Commercial are met
  • Strategically manages customer concerns by resolving objections during the negotiation and contractual process through effective communication with Supporting Departments such as Legal and Commercial to ensure the opportunity is realised
  • Maintain opportunities in the corporate opportunity management system
  • Maintain strong internal relationships across Fujitsu to ensure a seamless provision of service
  • Actively engage different vendors in search for new offerings and new market analysis, and prospects

Experience/Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • Proven experience working with government clients
  • Can do attitude and friendly personality, team player
  • A strong network and networking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong, Strategic and Conceptual ability
  • Ability to present, develop & articulate concepts clearly to customers & colleagues
